The Mindfuck Meme

This is not a very nice meme! If you have any major or typical triggers, you're being warned here that you might want to keep fully clear. That said, ever misread 'midfuck meme' with an extra 'n' in it and been sorely disappointed? This one's for you!

1. Post a character! It'd sure be nice if you put their name, canon, and any prefs you might have in the subject line.
2. When other characters tag in, they'll be using ye olde RNG (1-7) to figure out just how they'll be fucking your character's mind.
3. Be royally screwed up and need therapy for decades.

Mindfuck Possibilities:

1. I Own You: It doesn't have to be sexual (though it can be). It doesn't have to be very abusive (though it might be). But you know you own this person and you will break them down until they can accept the truth of it. All that they are—body, mind, and soul—is yours. They should have known that from the beginning. Now they'll know it 'til the end.

2. We're One and the Same: What this other person doesn't get is that you're two sides of the same coin. You practically own each other! No one else will complete them the way you can. You're twins. Brothers from another mother (or was that the same mother?). They won't get away until they acknowledge that to escape is to deny everything they are. Good thing you're ready to help.

3. Nobody Has Ever Loved You (Like I Do): This person doesn't understand how worthless they are—how they've been abandoned on purpose by anyone they ever cared about. The only thing they have left—the one creature that doesn't despise them utterly—is you. And maybe you're about fed up as well and they should grovel at your feet.

4. By Your Bedside ~~(YANDERE)~~: You love them. You love them utterly and how have they betrayed you? Ruthlessly! Talking to others—looking at others. Disgusting. You aren't going to allow it anymore. They need to understand the importance of your love. What's that? Maybe you aren't in a relationship by any… real, official standards? Heh. That can be fixed!

5. You're a Doll, Doll: Some people just don't get it. They think they have rights the same as anyone else. They don't see how they're only a puppet or a pet. Something less than you—less than anything. They belong on a leash or sitting pretty on a shelf. Poor darling! Lucky for them you've taken an interest in setting them straight (or… really gay).

6. Stop Forcing My Hand: It's not your fault you're tying them down! It isn't your fault they need your initials engraved in their skin! They made you. They stared at you with those eyes or they did those awful things (awful being rather subjective)! You wish they could apologize enough for such atrocities. You'd love to let them go. You don't want to do this even if it's possibly getting you off to an excessive extent! You're the victim, all right? Fucker should learn to shut up when they're told to.

7. Creepozoid's Choice!: Pick any of the options above or a 7th sort of mindfuck not explicitly listed. Remember, 7 is always an open option if you'd rather not roll or if you want to mix any series of numbers together.

Hmph...I wonder. [She can't keep some sarcasm out of her voice, but she goes ahead and releases his bonds. A telepath Rita is most certainly not, and she's convinced that her threats should keep him in line for the most part.

[ And he's very glad to have himself released. His legs push himself up to avoid putting any strain on his hands. He looks over at her as if he's not thinking of breaking her nose. ]

You wonder what?

[ He stretches his sore arms over his head, turning his wrists a little. He doesn't take a step past the chair, though. His legs and head aren't ready for that yet. ]

[She makes a dismissive wave of her hand as she steps back and watches with vague interest.]

If you really know better.

[And now that she thinks about it, extra precautions might've been a better idea. Like setting the blastia on a timer to activate in case something happens to her. Whatever, she tells herself; it's not like he can do anything to her, right?]

[ Heh. ] Of course I do... Besides, if you make him take any more of my energy...

[ He trails off, letting her make the obvious assumption. His arms are still in working order, whether his hands feel disgusting or not. As for if they work or not... He grimaces as he tries to flex the fingers of his left hand. No, that's definitely not going to work... ]

At the very least, it'd leave you in a coma for a few days. [If he was just unconscious, she could study his rune without protest, so it's no loss to her. As long as he woke up eventually...

There's almost a smug look on her face as she watches him try to move his left hand. It's an expression that says 'I told you so'.]

[ That brings a dirty look to Tyr's face, but he tries to get rid of it quickly. He has to be calm. He'd show her a coma for a few days... He assumes the worst it could do is kill him. ]

Yeah... I don't want that.

[ Despite how blood it is, though, his right hand certainly doesn't seem broken. Wielding his staff is definitely out of the question, though. ]

[She catches his look and, although she doesn't do anything about it just yet, her voice takes on a threatening tone again.]

So don't snap and do something crazy, all right? I'd rather perform the tests with you awake.

[ He meets her eyes, taking that threat. His voice is perfectly even. ]

I won't. I want to be conscious as much as you want me to.

Besides, I understand why you're doing this now.

Are you saying it finally got through to you?

[Her suspicion's getting aroused now, though. Rita starts stepping over to a desk of tools, keeping her eyes levelled on him the entire time.]

I have no choice but to understand... I don't want to believe you'd do this to me for no reason...

[ He turns to face her, not taking his eyes of her, either. The look wasn't without some pain, though. After all, his words were true: Tyr didn't want to believe Rita would really simply betray him like this. ]

So even after I explained everything to you, you still thought I was doing all of this for no reason?

[If that's the case, she thinks less of him. But she's still not ready to give up on him, so she retrieves a syringe filled with a paralyzing agent and tucks it into her pocket. Just in case.]

I was in denial.

[ He admits it bitterly, and he doesn't miss the mode she makes. Now it's his turn to think of a plan. ]

I never expected you to hurt me, you know... You never had before.

Denial? You're telling me.

[She scoffs at him, clearly finding his reasoning unsatisfactory.]

Then you were an unimaginative idiot--and I bet nothing's changed about that.

[ He doesn't want to answer her, if only because he doesn't want her to know how much he hates her right now. He manages to keep his voice even, though, even if there's a clearly defensive tone to his voice. ]

Why do you say that...?

[Rita doesn't pay much mind and continues. If she keeps going, maybe he'll listen to her threats.]

You must've known that it wouldn't be easy to seal your rune. The likelihood of accomplishing it with you getting off easy was practically none. I would've thought you'd guess that much, but it looks like you turned out to be pretty stupid and unrealistic.

...

[ His urge to break her nose is rising. His body tenses, and his right hand balls itself into a fist. He knows it's true, though. He was an idiot in hindsight. ]

Fine. You're right.

That's why I need to accept this.

Oh, really? It took you long enough to actually start thinking. Maybe letting you stand up finally got some oxygen to your brain.

[Her scathing tone is brought on by her annoyance with him. Here she is, wasting time with a ridiculous conversation when she could be working.]

Yeah, I guess it did.

[ His tone is no more pleasant. Still, he keeps his place, hand on the back of his chair for support.

Now for the plan. She won't go easy on him, so Tyr can't let himself go easy on her, either.

It's not like he hasn't killed a ruthless version of her before, he remembers with some disgust... ]

Hmph. Is that all you have to say? What a waste of time.

[With that, she makes up her mind: she'll set the timer on the blastia. If she can do that and warn him, she should have a guarantee that he won't do anything.

That in mind, she starts approaching.] I'm going to get to work...Let me take a look at that blastia. Since it's been too much for you to handle, maybe I'll decrease the input a little more.

[ He's decided this is his opening. He only needs to get her close enough and attack. ]

Thanks... I really appreciate that...

[ He simply lets his hand come up to about his chest level, not extending it to make her come as close to him as possible. After that... He wants to cut off her air way enough to make her fall unconscious. ]

It's about time you had some appreciation for everything, you know.

[Her tone is still flippant, although a slightly serious edge works its way in. She really is irritated that he's been so uncooperative. With a sigh, she comes up until she's close enough to grab his wrist.]

[ He pulls it back, though, before she can touch the blastia and makes a sweeping motion at her legs to trip her. If she thought he was above tripping her (and potentially letting her hit her head on the table), she didn't know him quite well enough. His face turned with his aggression, too, going from forced calmness to a dirty, twisted look. ]

[She wasn't prepared to be tripped, that's for sure. She still automatically lashes out with a fist as her head barely misses that table, too. Her other hand breaks her fall and she twists around to snarl at Tyr with a murderous expression.]

What the hell do you think you're doing?

You really have to ask?

[ He turns thinks of getting close and cutting off her breathing like that, but it's too risky - for himself and for Rita's body.

There was no way to really help that, though. He swings his foot again to kick her head from the side. His shoes weren't that heavy (if Rita even let him have them still), and the force wasn't the greatest, but she fell easily enough that it was worth a try. ]

You--I knew you were too stupid to actually behave!

[It's not the most graceful move, but she rolls away from his foot and makes to scramble to her feet before he comes at her again. It figured his little speech about "understanding" was a lie, but she still can't believe that he hasn't given up on fighting her after everything she's done for him.]
