[The scrutiny had made Tir somewhat thankful that signs of the experiments didn't show in this place. What had happened...back in the village, the scars would have been pretty awful. But his skin was mercifully the same as always, in this peaceful beautiful place.
The brush of a hand slowly covering his own drew surprise to Tir's eyes, surprise followed by a somewhat shy smile. It was warm this way. It's such a simple little gesture, but something about it is more comforting than any words could ever be.
The comfort was slightly short-lived. It was disappointing, but his other self's words were a much more immediate concern. He knows you--that is to say himself-- better than to believe that Tyr is fine. He may look it, but that goes for both of them, that doesn't say anything. Yet he also knows better than to push the subject.
His eyes are dull with concern as he shifts a little where he sits, ending up closer to Tyr, knee just brushing against his double's leg as he looks over at him. The brightness of his smile is somewhat dulled by his concern.]
